How does it work, and how do I get a free proof? The process is simple! Just pick out the design you would like to use, send us the photos and fill out the information form. Within 1-2 business days, (sometimes longer during the holiday season), you will receive your FREE PROOF via email. (Please check your SPAM folders if you do not receive an email from us within 2 business days!) Once you approve your proof, you can place your print order from our order form, or purchase our Print your Own Card option.
What is the 'Print your Own Card' option? We offer this option for our customers who need their cards ASAP, or who want to have the printing done theirselves. Printing your own card is not only an affordable option, it's also a much faster option! Once you place your order, you will recieve a proof of your card. Once you approve your proof, you will be sent a high resolution, JPG file, that you can take to the printer of your choice to be printed. We highly recommend this service for the busy customer, or for our customers that just don't want to wait on their cards to arrive in the mail!
What is your turnaround time? For cards printed by us, our turnaround time on most cards is 6-10 business days after you approve your file. This includes both the shipping and printing process. Please allow for longer turnaround times during the holiday seasons. You can purchase faster shipping if needed. Please contact our shipping department for more information. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are only doing shipments in the US. However, the Print Your Own Card option is a great option for anyone, anywhere!
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal is our credit card processor. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. Once you get to the Paypal site, just put in your card information just like you would in any other shopping cart. No signing up required! What are your shipping charges? We have a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge. Need it sooner, contact us for a quote!
Are envelopes included in my order?
Yes! All orders come with the same amount of envelopes.
Where do I send my photos? You can upload your photos via our Photo Uploader Page. Please include as much information as possible.
What sizes are your cards?
Our card sizes are 5x7 and 5x5. Our thank you cards and note cards are 4x5.5.
**Please note that 5x5 cards require extra postage.
What is the difference between photo cards and cardstock, and what paper type do you offer?
Photo cards are printed on photo paper by our professional photo printer. Cardstock is digitally printed on a thick cardstock paper, and also allows for front and back printing. Both paper types come in Matte and Glossy finishes. We also offer a 100% Post Consumer Recycled Photo paper for our green customers. We urge you to request a sample pack of our cards to avoid your dissatisfaction with your card finish.
Do you offer samples? Yes, we offer free samples of our photo cards, and you can purchase a sample of our cardstock cards for a small fee. We highly recommend you requesting samples, especially if you are not familiar with the finishes or card types. Refunds cannot be made due to card finishes, unless it’s an error on our part.
How many cards can I order?
We require a minimum order of 25 cards, after that you can order as many as you’d like!
Can I see additional proofs of a different design? At this time, we are only offering one proof per customer. We recommend you choosing your favorite design for your free proof!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Once your card has been sent to print, it cannot be canceled.
Do you have a refund policy?Due to the customization of our cards, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund unless there is an error on our part. This is why we ask you to double check your order before you send it to print. If there is an error on our part, we will reprint the cards at no extra cost.
What about color variations?Every monitor is different; therefore the color on the printed card may be different than what you see on your computer monitor. We are not responsible if the color on the card does not match your computer monitor. The colors on the cards are calibrated with our office computer monitors for the correct colors. Please email us at CustomerService@BusyBeeGreetings.com if you are unhappy with the color variations on your card. We can do a reprint for you at 25% off your original cost.
Can I order more cards?Yes! Your file is held for a minimum of three months, and then it will be placed into our archives.
